Calcium Sulphate Fiber

Application Effect
1. Enhance mechanical properties: The U series and T series Calcium Sulphate Fiber (CSW) are a type of low-cost and high-performance inorganic reinforcing material. They are suitable for the system with PLA/PBAT as the base material. When used to manufacture coffee cups, soup bowls, and straws, they can effectively enhance the hardness, strength, and bending modulus of the products, while also improving the secondary crystallization performance.
2. Improve processing performance: It can reduce the melt viscosity of the composite material and enhance its processing fluidity. For instance, in the PBAT/PLA blend system, it can effectively increase processing efficiency and reduce costs.
3. Enhancing heat resistance: The inorganic crystal structure of U series and T series Calcium Sulphate Fiber can inhibit the thermal motion of polymer molecular chains. After adding 15% of the whiskers to the degradable material PBAT/PLA, the heat resistance is effectively improved, thereby expanding the application range of the material in high-temperature environments.
